Privacy Policy

Last Look helps you remember what to take with you. This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: your data stays on your devices. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking.

What stays on your device

• Your lists, items, habits, trips, places (such as your home), photos you add and your settings are stored only on your iPhone (and, for what the Watch shows, on your paired Apple Watch).
• Your location is used on the device to notice when you leave a place you saved. It is never sent to us.
• Your calendar is only read, on the device, to remind you before events. It is never changed or sent anywhere.
• Photos and camera pictures are processed on the device (including cutting out objects) and are never uploaded.

What is sent over the internet

• Weather. To show the weather, the app sends an approximate location (rounded to about 1 km) to the weather service Open-Meteo. For trips it sends the destination's coordinates and dates.
• Place search. When you type a city in "Where to" or in a trip, the text you type is sent to Open-Meteo's geocoding service to find it.
• Place names and maps. The app uses Apple's services (maps and geocoding) to show the name of a place and to search addresses.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple (App Store). We do not receive your payment details.

These requests are not linked to your name or to any account, and we do not receive them: they go to the services above, which have their own policies.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not run a server, we do not have your data and we cannot access it. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal data.

Notifications

Reminders are created on your device. No push server is used.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

Your choices

You can turn off notifications, location, calendar and camera at any time in iOS Settings. Deleting the app deletes the data it stores on your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date.
