By using Last Look you agree to these terms. They are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The app

Last Look is a reminder app: it helps you remember what to take with you. It is provided "as is". Reminders and location-based alerts depend on your phone, your settings and iOS, and can be late or missed. Do not rely on the app for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication.

Free plan and Premium

The free plan has limits (for example on the number of items, habits, places and trips). Premium removes them and adds extras such as widgets and your own photos.

Subscriptions

• Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan can include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can restore purchases from Settings in the app.

Weather and places

Weather information comes from third parties and is provided without guarantee.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the app or from missed or late reminders.
